Spring Stroke Clinics 2016

Get a head start on the 2016 swim season with stroke clinics! Forest Hills is offering three weeks of
spring stroke clinics to help prepare for the 2016 season. Open to new and returning FHST swimmers! The focus of the clinics will be technique development on each of the four strokes. Each clinic will have a maximum of ten swimmers, and will be taught by Coach Gab.


Clinic Times: 5:20 - 6:00 pm, 6:00 - 6:40 pm, 6:40 - 7:20 pm
Week 1: April 5 - 7
Week 2: April 12 - 14
Week 3: April 19 - 21

Private Lessons (Summer Season)

Coach Gab and Coach Jessica are available for lessons after swim team practice has ended each day. They each keep their own schedules so feel free to email them directly or talk to them after practice if you are interested in getting a lesson for your swimmer.
