I have been a Teacher for over fifteen years. I love teaching children of various ages (Pre K - Fifth) especially those in the Second, Third, and Fourth Grades. I have taught on a testing grade a majority of my career and I love the challenges of helping kids over come their fears and weaknesses while getting them engaged, ready, and feeling confident about taking the NYS ELA and Math State Exams! My students have always done well on the exams while really growing and improving as overall learners at the same time! Many of my students who had negative overall feelings about school, learned to love it or at least appreciate it while having me as a teacher. The same has held true for all of the student I have tutored. I have helped all of them do well on the state exams, grow and improve as learners, and learn to love or at least appreciate school too. I look forward to working with you and your child while I Individualize Instruction to meet their needs, expand on their strengths,and improve on their weaknesses. I look forward to also finding out what their individual interests while we begin this most exciting journey - TOGETHER! "Team Work is the Best Work!"
