Parent/Child Program | Ages 6 months - 3 years

SHRIMP (Parent Child 1) | 6 months - 18 months | 30 minute class

In the lesson your little one will learn the fun of swimming while you learn handy ways to help them grow and develop as natural swimmers

Ratio: 8 swimmer/parent pairs to 1 instructor

PERCH (Parent Child 2) | Ages 18 months - 3 years | 30 minute class

Building on the skills learned in Shrimp lessons your child will begin to develop basic swimming skills

Ratio: 8 swimmer/parent pairs to 1 instructor



Preschool Program | Ages 3-5 years | 30 minute class

Children will learn basic swim skills without the assistance of their parents.

PIKE (Preschool 1)

The Pike swim class will teach your child the basics of adjusting to full water immersion and how to be safe in the pool through fun and educational games.

Ratio: 4 swimmers to 1 instructor

EEL (Preschool 2)

The Eel class will introduce students to basic front and back crawl, while building on themes taught in the Pike class.

Entrance Skills: Comfortable putting face in water, unassisted front and back floats

Ratio: 5 swimmers to 1 instructor

RAY (Preschool 3)

Entrance Skills: Must be able to swim 10 yards of crawl stroke & back stroke unassisted

In the Ray class students will learn how to enhance the strokes they learned as eels, while learning new strokes, diving, and water treading.

Ratio: 5 swimmers to 1 instructor



Youth Program | Ages 6-12 years | 30 minute class

Participants will learn basic to advanced water skills, stroke technique, personal safety, water safety, rescue skills and personal growth.

POLLIWOG (Elementary 1)

In this class basic water skills will be reinforced and students will be taught freestyle and backstroke

Ratio: 5 swimmers to 1 instructor

GUPPY (Elementary 2)

Entrance Skills: Must be able to swim 15 yards of crawl stroke and back stroke

Students will continue developing skills learned in Polliwog (or Ray) into more technically refined strokes, while learning new strokes and water treading.

Ratio: 6 swimmers to 1 instructor

MINNOW (Elementary 3)

Entrance Skills: Must be able to swim 25 yards of crawl stroke, backstroke, and elementary backstroke

Minnow class will focus on boosting coordination and emphasizing technique in freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke

Ratio: 7 swimmers to 1 instructor

FISH (Elementary 4)

Entrance Skills: Participants must be able to swim 50 yards of crawl stroke, backstroke, and breaststroke

By the end of fish class your child will be abl eo swim all four competitive strokes

Ratio: 8 swimmers to 1 instructor

Whether your child has just started swimming, or they’re looking to refine their strokes, our private lessons are tailored to your child’s needs. Private lessons help boost swimming coordination and confidence. Let our safe environment and nurturing swim instructors turn your child into a happy confident swimmer. All sessions are 30 minutes in length.

Semi-Private Lessons Semi-Private lessons are offered to friends, siblings, or companions of similar levels and are tailored to the needs of the participants. This option is a great alternative to large group lessons. Let our certified swim instructors boost your child’s coordination and endurance both in and out of the water. Our safe environment and nurturing swim instructors are here to transform your children into happy confident swimmers.
